Responsibilities

• Own and drive the vision and roadmap for products driving customer growth for PhonePe and merchant partners
• Evangelize and execute the product roadmap
• Define, design, and detail growth solutions
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across business, technology, regulatory, and industry sectors
• Deliver solutions by working with cross-functional, distributed teams
• Maintain product agility and extend leadership in delivering innovative growth-focused solutions at scale

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building customer-facing products or platforms
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and industry trends
• Extremely analytical and data-driven with the ability to derive conclusions from large datasets
• Proven track record of shipping world-class consumer-facing products
• Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to influence disparate stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering results in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments
