Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the vision and roadmap for growth-focused products for both PhonePe and its merchant partners
• Evangelize and execute the product roadmap by working closely with business, technology, regulatory, and industry stakeholders
• Define, design, and detail growth solutions to drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Deliver solutions by collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams
• Maintain product agility and extend leadership in delivering innovative, scalable growth solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building customer-facing products or platforms
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks, industry trends, and evolving customer needs
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills with the ability to derive actionable conclusions from large datasets
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Ability to influence disparate stakeholders and build relationships across multiple business units
