About the role
Responsibilities
- Own product workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration
- Write clear briefs and requirements that help engineering and design execute confidently
- Coordinate across engineering, clinical ops, pharmacy ops, CX, and marketing to remove blockers
- Translate patient and business needs into product opportunities that improve activation, retention, and LTV
- Shape roadmap priorities, surface dependencies and tradeoffs, and maintain execution momentum
- Support patient-facing and back-office tooling across web, mobile, and internal operations
- Partner with engineering on scope, sequencing, data integrity, and patient safety
- Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation across workflows and support operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience shipping meaningful work from concept to production
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with operationally complex products
- Clear written communication with the ability to produce concise, actionable documentation
- Data fluency and the ability to define and evaluate success metrics
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product decisions affect business outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs
- Empathy for patients and users in trust-sensitive healthcare experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shape Up, JTBD, or similar pragmatic product frameworks
- Background in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally intensive environments
- Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools or side projects
- Experience building consumer-grade digital experiences in web or mobile products
