Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration
• Write clear briefs and requirements that help engineering and design execute confidently
• Coordinate across engineering, clinical ops, pharmacy ops, CX, and marketing to remove blockers
• Translate patient and business needs into product opportunities that improve activation, retention, and LTV
• Shape roadmap priorities, surface dependencies and tradeoffs, and maintain execution momentum
• Support patient-facing and back-office tooling across web, mobile, and internal operations
• Partner with engineering on scope, sequencing, data integrity, and patient safety
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation across workflows and support operations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping meaningful work from concept to production
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with operationally complex products
• Clear written communication with the ability to produce concise, actionable documentation
• Data fluency and the ability to define and evaluate success metrics
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product decisions affect business outcomes
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs
• Empathy for patients and users in trust-sensitive healthcare experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shape Up, JTBD, or similar pragmatic product frameworks
• Background in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally intensive environments
• Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools or side projects
• Experience building consumer-grade digital experiences in web or mobile products
