Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned domain to align with company growth objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and new product opportunities.
• Manage communications with internal stakeholders (leadership, engineering, operations) and external partners to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate ideas into user stories and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics to drive continuous optimization in areas such as transaction processing, latency, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically managing software products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience with product management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in payments, integrations, backoffice, or CX/UX.
• Experience working with B2B and B2C payment applications.
