Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch new high-quality features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
• Use the product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
• Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products and exceptional user experiences
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across disciplines
• Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science or a technical field
• Experience working at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
• Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
