Product Manager, Payments

Responsibilities

• Build a world class platform for fiat and crypto money movement in and out of Polymarket
• Build and maintain the payments roadmap, prioritizing features that increase engagement and reduce costs
• Manage relationships with payment service providers and evaluate new vendor partnerships through RFPs
• Optimize end-to-end deposit and withdrawal conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis
• Implement machine learning models to personalize checkout experiences based on user behavior
• Respond to payment outages and technical issues alongside engineering teams
• Analyze payment data to identify friction points and authorization rate improvements
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate new payment methods

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with merchant-side payments
• Experience with PSPs like Stripe, Adyen, or Checkout.com
• Track record of optimizing payment conversion and authorization rates
• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring immediate response to payment issues
• Strong analytics skills and ability to design and interpret A/B tests
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and participate in RFPs
• Experience with machine learning applications in payments or checkout optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Gaming or crypto merchant experience
