Product Manager, Payments

Responsibilities

• Own core payment capabilities including onboarding, compliance, and liquidity management across fiat and stablecoin rails.
• Design onboarding flows that reduce time-to-first-payment while meeting regulatory, KYC, and KYB requirements.
• Manage the design and prioritization of domestic and international payment rails, including ACH, wire, RTP, and stablecoins.
• Define product capabilities for liquidity management, providing customers visibility and control over balances across accounts.
• Leverage AI-enabled product execution to identify inefficiencies and create compounding leverage for the team.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to ship critical financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling payments products.
• Deep knowledge of US and international payment rails and cross-border movement.
• Technical literacy, including the ability to read API documentation and use SQL for data analysis.
• AI fluency with the ability to apply modern AI tools to real-world business problems and workflows.
• Strong customer obsession and the ability to translate complex user needs into clear engineering requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in stablecoins and their role in global money movement.
• Experience working within highly regulated financial environments.
