Product Manager: Payments Fraud & Risk Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and roadmap for the Trust, Risk & Compliance domain
• Translate user, business, and regulatory needs into product requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to build product solutions
• Manage productised tooling for fraud, AML monitoring, and dispute management
• Track and communicate KPIs and measurable outcomes for the product area
• Drive continuous improvement of internal systems and control surfaces

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning a product area end to end
• Experience in trust, risk, compliance, fraud, payments, or financial services
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into product solutions
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Product Design teams
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Product mindset focused on outcomes rather than just feature delivery
