Product Manager, Payments

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and set the vision for core payments infrastructure.
• Lead multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Connect with country teams to understand local payment landscapes and facilitate technical discussions with providers.
• Partner with engineering, finance, data, and operations stakeholders to align on company-wide needs.
• Drive innovations such as digital wallets, installment payments, and localized payment methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in Fintech, Payments, or B2B platform products.
• Track record of leading products from concept to launch, including strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business units.
• Strong data fluency and technical depth combined with business judgment.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to communicate clearly in high-visibility, high-pressure roles.
