Product Manager, Payment Optimization

Responsibilities

• Drive market requirements and product strategy for the Merchant Security and Fraud team
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through end-of-life for fraud mitigation solutions
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and PRDs for gateway integrations
• Own market-specific playbooks including issuer preferences, 3DS exemptions, and network token adoption
• Prioritize features based on quantified ROI and set OKRs tied to conversion lift and approval rates
• Partner with technical, sales, and operational teams to build features that meet market needs
• Monitor global trends and tune strategies across NA, EU, LATAM, APAC, and MENA regions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience within the fraud payments ecosystem (cards, digital wallets, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex projects and product roadmaps
• Deep expertise in end-to-end payment processing workflows, including auth, capture, void, and refund flows
• Hands-on experience with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), network tokens, and vault/tokenization
• Proficiency with analytical tools including SQL, Snowflake, and Splunk
• Proven ability to lead data-driven experimentation and track KPIs such as approval and chargeback rates
