Product Manager

Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, Partly provides a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and startups, integrating across hundreds of companies globally.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more core products end-to-end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and Product-Market Fit.
• Own key product and PLG metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, and NPS.
• Maintain direct, regular contact with customers through calls, site visits, and usage sessions.
• Prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted development and LLM-assisted tooling.
• Partner with engineering leads to balance discovery, delivery, and technical sustainability.
• Design and instrument feedback loops for agentic or AI-driven features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning complex B2B software products end-to-end.
• Proven experience with product discovery, roadmapping, and outcome-oriented prioritization.
• Ability to build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted tools, LLM-assisted development, or code.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and query data independently.
• Sufficient technical depth to work credibly with engineers on architectural trade-offs.
• Excellent judgment and ability to make explicit trade-offs under ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, API products, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted product development or building AI-native features.
• Founder background or early employee experience at a scaling startup.
• Experience in automotive, logistics, or supply chain domains.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions in a B2B context.
