Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of product vision and strategy for network-sensing and security-visibility capabilities
• Translate customer needs, regulatory demands, and threat-landscape insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business value, and stakeholder input
• Design and guide the development of sensing capabilities for IAPs, routers, firewalls, and mixed IT/OT networks
• Partner with engineering to evolve data-collection methods, including passive/active sensing and deep-packet visibility
• Define requirements for SIEM integrations, log ingest pipelines, event correlation, and alerting workflows
• Oversee automated network-mapping features, including device fingerprinting and dynamic topology graphs
• Collaborate with security operations teams to optimize detection rules and threat-hunting workflows

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years of experience with a Master's degree
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in product development and managing products within a development environment
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to facilitate interactions between technical teams, management, and customers
