Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the product roadmap and work with stakeholders to define features and gather requirements
• Lead day-to-day execution of products from ideation and design to development and launch
• Monitor and establish goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product success
• Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and ensuring strong user experiences
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales to prioritize features and resolve challenges
• Maintain a robust backlog and break projects into attainable milestones
• Create and maintain clear product documentation as a single source of truth
• Provide education for internal and external customers on product offerings and value propositions
• Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform roadmap decisions

Requirements

• 2+ years of success as a Product Manager or in a related role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical messages
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed information
• Solid business acumen for market analysis and product optimization
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in evolving business and tech environments
