About the Company

Outpost is a modular back office for global commerce, acting as a Merchant of Record for digital and physical goods across 58+ tax jurisdictions. The team consists of leaders from Revolut, Airwallex, Adyen, and Wayflyer, focused on solving the complexities of international tax, payments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from merchant conversations to technical specs and post-launch iteration
• Define roadmap and prioritize based on merchant pain, technical feasibility, and commercial impact
• Run merchant interviews and translate feedback into product requirements
• Write technical specifications for engineering teams and participate in architecture discussions
• Set success metrics and track product performance through data analysis
• Identify new market opportunities and product verticals to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in high-growth fintech or B2B SaaS
• Experience shipping technical products such as payments, tax, compliance, or infrastructure
• Technical fluency and ability to engage in system design discussions
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making skills
• High bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background or professional coding experience
• STEM degree
