About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product outcomes for the Semantic Agent Builder, including agent development processes and publication workflows.
  • Own the high-code authoring experience within the IDE, managing developer onboarding, templates, and the end-to-end "first run" journey.
  • Shape the publish and review lifecycle in partnership with Architecture and Customer Engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize core capabilities such as IDE plugin integrations, tool packs, and agent registries.
  • Translate user problems into clear, solution-agnostic specifications, including acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Maintain a living product roadmap and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
  • Collaborate with customer enablement to create onboarding assets like quickstarts, samples, and FAQs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience delivering platform or developer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated success shipping IDE-centric experiences, such as SDKs, plugins, extensions, or developer tools.
  • Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs that lead to successful product launches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong problem-framing skills and the ability to work in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment and roadmap storytelling.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related data models and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR) is highly recommended.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on agentic or AI-assisted developer workflows.
  • Experience managing publish/review lifecycles for distributed systems.
  • Ability to run user feedback loops, such as hackathons or design partner programs.
