Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare-focused data science, cloud, and analytical product initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business leaders to define product strategy and maintain a detailed product roadmap
• Act as a Product Owner by defining, grooming, and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Translate complex business and healthcare operations needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible AI use
• Evaluate emerging trends and innovative technologies to inform solution design and strategic product innovation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, support user adoption, and measure performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a related technology field
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or product ownership within a software or technology organization
• 4+ years of experience defining product roadmaps and managing product backlogs through the end-to-end lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• 1+ years of experience collaborating with data science, analytics, or AI/ML teams to deliver technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or Business
• Experience working within a healthcare product organization, payer, provider, or health-tech company
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics, SQL, or visualization tools to drive data-informed decisions
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience as a Product Owner (CSPO or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, or deploy AI-powered features or platform automations
