Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and annual brand plans
• Manage the full product life cycle
• Manage all launch activities for new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Take full responsibility for product P&L and financial KPIs to ensure growth
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and digital activities to support the sales team
• Build long-term partnerships with medical societies and KOLs to understand patient and provider needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Ophthalmology care
• Strong experience in new product launches
