Product Manager

About the Company

Obviant is building a data source of truth and AI tools for defense acquisition. We fuse information from thousands of sources to provide a cohesive picture of budget, programs, and organizations to help government and industry users execute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery and iteration
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with company goals
• Develop deep understanding of user workflows across government, industry, and investor use cases
• Partner closely with engineering to scope work, write clear requirements, and drive predictable delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and leadership on prioritization and execution
• Ensure features are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with real user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building complex software products
• Strong track record of owning products or features from concept to launch
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-moving environments
• Ability to reason about complex data, workflows, and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in govtech, defense, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or AI-enabled products
• Prior experience working directly with government users or policy-driven domains
