Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and commercial success of the Production Irradiator product and service line.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning technological advancements with market needs and process optimization.
• Oversee product lifecycle management with a focus on engineering, automation, and industrial applications.
• Lead the design, integration, and maintenance of automation and conveyor systems within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Commercial Operations to optimize supply chain efficiency and operational readiness.
• Implement go-to-market strategies and define pricing models in partnership with Commercial Operations.
• Act as a technical bridge between engineering and commercial teams, translating complex features into customer benefits.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and engage with customers to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Travel up to 20% globally to engage with engineering teams, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in automation, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or product management.
• Expertise in industrial automation, control systems, and conveyor technologies.
• Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) principles and practices.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with pricing models and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and customer-facing discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Familiarity with irradiation technology and process optimization.
• Experience in sales support, customer engagement, or market strategy.
