Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs across commodities trading, hedge fund operations, and quantitative finance to document business processes.
• Analyze existing workflows, data sources, and ERP systems to identify data for AI models.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and data models.
• Work with data scientists and AI engineers to define data requirements and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
• Support the full project lifecycle including design, development, UAT coordination, and implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stay updated on AI advancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager on technology-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technology architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma and MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and latest LLM models.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects.
• Domain expertise in Commodities Trading, Hedge Funds, Quantitative Finance, or Shipping/Logistics.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms or ETRM/CTRM systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
