Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and engineering teams to translate product vision into execution
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging AI use cases
• Drive product discovery through customer conversations, market research, and experimentation
• Prototype workflows, product experiences, and AI-native interactions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and technical leaders to align priorities
• Synthesize customer, market, and product signals into actionable insights
• Coordinate product releases across engineering, GTM, support, marketing, and Developer Relations

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, TPM, or Solutions Engineering
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or data infrastructure
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers in technical discussions
• Strong customer empathy and track record of solving customer problems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native workflows, conversational interfaces, or agents
• Background in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or developer tooling
• Experience working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders
• Experience in fast-moving startup or platform environments
