About the Company

NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting fragmented EHR systems into a single platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack product ownership across discovery, delivery, and iteration on SaaS, API, Payments, and Infrastructure
• Weekly engagement with users including front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients
• Roadmap development and prioritization using first-principles thinking
• Partnering with Design and Engineering through fast build cycles
• Embedding with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to support launch and adoption
• Defining and managing product metrics at the feature and platform level
• Designing exceptional end-to-end user experiences from backend architecture to UI

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience as a full-stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses
• Proven success operating at $100M–$500M+ scale
• Exceptional first-principles thinker and systems designer
• Strong design thinking skills
• Deep ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience building API-first products is a plus
