Product Manager, Neuromonitoring

Responsibilities

• Manage a portion of the product portfolio from inception through obsolescence
• Develop marketing strategies by studying economic indicators and surgeon needs
• Drive U.S. market share through marketing plans and training coordination
• Maintain relationships with surgeon customers and represent the company at conventions
• Develop sales collateral and short- and long-term product level forecasts
• Provide leadership for the design and implementation of products on cross-functional teams
• Manage an allotted operating budget and oversee day-to-day management
• Travel between 15-40% for business needs

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the spine market and industry trends
• Proven history managing surgical navigation and robotics product lines
• Understanding of agile development principles
• Experience with clinical/surgical environments and workflows
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage matrix structures
• Strong analytical, marketing, and planning skills
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of medical device marketing management experience
• Successful track record of medical technology product launches through the full lifecycle
• Experience influencing product development in surgical robots or navigation space
