Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap to align with company goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Champion empathy-driven development to ensure user-focused experiences
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams for seamless coordination
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features using data-driven decisions
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Lead product launch initiatives and go-to-market execution
• Integrate customer feedback to guide product enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2-6 years of experience in product management or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Empathy-driven approach to product development

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Tableau
