Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own specific problem spaces such as banking accounts, remittances, or business solutions to define outcomes, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide Engineering and Design teams.
• Coordinate sprint activities, release readiness, testing, and post-launch monitoring to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Design, Growth, and Customer Support on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing.
• Use data to prioritize features, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate based on performance and feedback.
• Manage integrations and relationships with banks, payment providers, and other fintech partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform products.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and data extraction using SQL and Metabase.
• Experience working within agile or semi-agile product development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or wealth management.
• Experience with "0 to 1" product building and navigating startup ambiguity.
• Experience working with operationally intensive products.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and product workflows.
