Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Commercial CRM product vision and 12-month delivery roadmap
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating goals into epics, features, and user stories
• Work daily with offshore engineering teams to clarify priorities and maximize delivery value
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify new opportunities and business cases
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to support go-to-market planning and product adoption
• Ensure the CRM integrates effectively within the broader MRI software ecosystem

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar SaaS roles
• Proven experience in Agile delivery execution and backlog management
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM products or workflow-driven business software
• Background in Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, or property agency operations
• Experience working with offshore development teams
