Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities including product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning.
• Document customer and product requirements to drive engineering projects and define product specifications.
• Develop business cases, financial justifications, and strategic goals for new products.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.
• Evangelize products by communicating roadmaps and value to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Manage release risks, scope, and quality while tracking project progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with enablement teams to support product launch, delivery, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with a strong technical background.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience within the technology industry.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a required security clearance.
• Solid understanding of both hardware and software development processes.
• Ability to travel between 5% and 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. Government procurement processes.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, trade-off management, and MVP definition.
