Product Manager Model Dev

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers within the Chief Data and Analytics Office.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Investment Banking, Consumer Banking, Technology, and Legal to transform business requirements into high-quality products.
• Lead the seamless integration of firmwide Data Mesh with AI/ML services.
• Drive the development of platform capabilities for streamlining data connectivity and consumption at enterprise scale.
• Innovate big data analytics tooling to improve the usability and productivity of data analysis and feature engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• In-depth technical knowledge of big data technologies including Spark, SQL, and Data Lakes.
• Expertise in Cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in data processing and modeling throughout model development and deployment.
• Strong agile mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and provide early feedback.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and strategic development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization with a focus on building machine learning platforms.
• Professional experience in data science or data analytics.
