Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners in sprint reviews, planning, design backlog, and agile workflows
• Develop understanding of player mindset and connect design thinking to KPIs and business value
• Contribute to roadmap ideation by tracking feature status and synthesizing feedback
• Lead market and competitive research across the casual mobile gaming landscape
• Partner with Data Analytics to develop A/B test ideas and define success metrics
• Support feature design and specification by applying player insight to requirements
• Prepare and deliver internal presentations with data-driven insights
• Build cross-functional relationships with Design, Engineering, and Analytics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, game development, or a related field
• Passion for gaming and understanding of mobile marketplace competitors
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilize AI for data and market trend analysis
• Growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Free to Play mobile gaming space
