Product Manager - Mobile

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with City priorities and user needs
• Lead product discovery efforts including user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality digital products
• Manage and maintain a product backlog
• Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and equity
• Support agile delivery practices including sprint planning and standups
• Oversee app store submissions and release notes

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
• Experience delivering digital products or platforms at scale
• Experience working with agile or iterative development processes
• Experience engaging with stakeholders across diverse functional areas
• Must be a City of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire
