Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area, including feature sets, workflows, or platform segments
• Gather and synthesize customer, stakeholder, and performance insights
• Write clear requirements and partner with Engineering and Design on delivery
• Contribute to roadmap development and build business cases for prioritized initiatives
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage sprints and organize development processes
• Track product metrics and analyze post-launch impact to inform future roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align on scope, priorities, and requirements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software, e-commerce, or platform environments
• Experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile environment
• Proven ability to use data and customer insights to inform prioritization
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in catalog and search, e-commerce, supply chain, or order management
• Exposure to platforms with complex catalogs or high-SKU-count inventory
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing or engineering procurement workflows
• Experience with operational tooling such as ERP, CMS, CRM, or PIM
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research synthesis and ideation
