Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal category expert and primary decision-maker for assigned product lines
• Develop and maintain annual and 3-year category plans grounded in market opportunity and financial targets
• Own the full product lifecycle for assigned SKUs from concept through launch
• Spearhead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives across engineering, sourcing, and marketing
• Conduct competitive analysis including pricing, coverage, and product positioning
• Manage category-level P&L health including revenue, contribution margin, and EBITDA impact
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience
• Proven success managing diverse product portfolios in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience launching consumer products across DTC, B2B, and marketplace channels
• Highly analytical with deep fluency in category P&L management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
• BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Automotive technical knowledge and passion for the performance aftermarket strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, powersports, or adjacent enthusiast categories
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
