Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global product champion for specified casegoods product lines, managing the full product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.
• Define market opportunities through analytical assessment and translate market needs into specific product criteria.
• Develop and implement individual product plans, strategies, and profit plans to optimize sales and financial performance.
• Lead pricing and discounting strategies to ensure maximum financial performance and P&L impact.
• Create sales support and training materials, including product feature summaries, competitive evaluations, and pricing comparisons.
• Manage quality issues and drive changes that affect the product line's profitability.
• Act as a mentor to other Product Management colleagues and lead cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required (Marketing, Business Administration, or Interior Design preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical assessment skills and experience with pricing and discounting strategies.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in contract furniture, capital goods marketing, or premium consumer merchant environments.
• Prior experience with product platform teams and market research.
• Strong understanding of global channels, including dealer and retail networks.
