Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategies and roadmaps by identifying significant near and long-term opportunities within large product areas
• Generate organizational buy-in and drive consensus across cross-functional teams to bring clarity to ambiguous opportunities
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Drive product development alongside world-class engineers and designers while maintaining team health
• Define and analyze key performance metrics, using user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing to inform decision-making

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, design, and user research teams
• Full product life-cycle experience, including customer feedback integration, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
• Proven analytical leadership and critical thinking experience
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
• Experience working within a consumer-focused technology company
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation
• Ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
