Product Manager - Merchant Experience

Responsibilities

• Own products at the intersection of consumer experience and merchant operations
• Shape customer ordering journeys across both physical and digital channels
• Develop merchant workflows for managing incoming requests and order lifecycle management
• Improve staff-facing operational experiences and merchant productivity
• Conduct deep product discovery by observing real-world merchant workflows in restaurants, cafés, and retail stores
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership from discovery through delivery
• Strong product discovery skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to balance merchant feedback, business priorities, and engineering constraints
• Experience working in fast-moving, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for hospitality, restaurant software, or commerce platforms
• Background in POS (Point-of-Sale) platforms, omnichannel retail, or online ordering
• Experience with booking/reservation systems, workforce management, or last-mile fulfillment
• Knowledge of payment systems or fintech products
