Product Manager, Medium Voltage Distribution

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the MV Switchgears portfolio (1,5kV – 40.5kV), including new product introduction, updates, and phase-out planning.
• Gather and prioritize market requirements through engagement with sales teams, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Define voice-of-customer requirements and develop business cases for new product developments and enhancements.
• Research market trends, competitor positioning, and demand drivers within the MV switchgear sector.
• Develop regional go-to-market plans to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability.
• Manage product line profitability, pricing guidance, and sales forecasting.
• Support sales teams with technical positioning, product education, and competitive comparisons.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product availability and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or application engineering within power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV switchgear technologies (1,5kV – 40.5kV).
• English Business Proficiency (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/business planning tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage pricing and portfolio priorities.
• Ability to travel across the EMEA region as required.
