About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the digital marketing stack (CMS, eCommerce, trial flows) and core MarTech stack.
- Evaluate, implement, and govern AI solutions across the GTM stack, including predictive models and generative AI.
- Architect and manage systems powering digital marketing efforts, including SEO, CMS, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions.
- Oversee end-to-end data flow and integrations between the website, trial databases, eCommerce billing, and CRM.
- Act as a strategic bridge between IT (Engineering, Data, Security) and Business Operations (Marketing, SalesOps).
- Lead high-impact enterprise-level system migrations, implementations, and feature enhancements using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Data and Security teams to establish robust data governance and ensure AI compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or MarOps.
- Deep understanding of B2B Go-To-Market lifecycles and Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
- Conceptual understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and predictive analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento).
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Marketo Engage and Salesforce CRM architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira or Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-native GTM tools or platform-specific AI features (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Salesforce Einstein).
- Experience with routing and orchestration tools such as LeanData or Openprise.
- Experience with intent data and ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Certifications in Product Management (CSPO), Salesforce, or Adobe enterprise platforms.
