Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle (PLCM) for the Hybrid OR (HORT) portfolio, including product phase-in and phase-out.
• Identify clinical-based value propositions to increase win rates across respective market segments.
• Support pricing strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to support product tenders and market placement.
• Lead marketing campaigns to communicate product value propositions and drive clinical advocacy through KOL collaboration.
• Develop clinical application practices and educational collaterals to empower sales teams and end-users.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in clinical studies, medical engineering, or business.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the surgical domain.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and the 4Ps.
• Intermediate understanding of medical and clinical applications.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both oral and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in clinical or procedure marketing within the Operating Room (OR) environment.
