Product Manager

About the Company

Mandolin is laying the clinical and financial infrastructure to get groundbreaking treatments to patients faster, powered by AI agents. We partner closely with the largest healthcare institutions in the US, covering more than $10B drug spend across the country.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules
• Partner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points
• Translate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design
• Drive the full product lifecycle including discovery, design, launch, and iteration
• Define and track success metrics using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end
• Strong technical fluency regarding APIs, integrations, and AI-powered workflows
• Excellent customer-facing skills and research capabilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered products in production
• Domain expertise in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or enterprise operations
• Experience in deployment strategy, solutions engineering, or consulting
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph
