Product Manager

Magellan AI is the all-in-one platform for audio advertising intelligence, media planning, and measurement. We help advertisers, agencies, and publishers understand podcast advertising activity, discover new opportunities, and measure performance across podcasts, streaming audio, and broadcast radio.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliability
• Identify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvements
• Capture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate them into roadmap priorities
• Manage the product backlog and planning boards
• Write clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new features
• Define acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions
• Work with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases
• Coordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing
• Lead QA for new features and bug fixes
• Improve and organize help documentation and product education resources

Requirements

• Experience managing and shipping software products in a SaaS environment
• Ability to translate client feedback and internal insights into clear product requirements
• Experience writing product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria
• Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams
• Ability to prioritize across feature development, bug fixes, and reliability improvements
• Comfort working with data-driven products or analytics platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
