Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the application engineering team in providing tailored technical solutions to meet client and customer needs.
• Drive product strategy and oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to determine technical and purchasing requirements.
• Manage and facilitate New Product Launch weekly meetings, including documentation, timelines, and project tracking.
• Update Sales Budgets and Long Range Plans based on customer demand and new business awards.
• Ensure timely resolution of product-related issues while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and their applications to meet evolving end-user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in personnel management, including performance management, coaching, and development.
• Experience in strategic planning, departmental planning, and budgeting.
• Experience administering company policies and procedures.
