Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand driver and business needs to set an ambitious product vision
• Set team goals and success metrics based on data analysis and user research
• Build a product roadmap and lead engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute
• Build alignment and collaborate with partner teams on shared initiatives
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to executive levels
• Own products from ideation through development, launch, and maintenance

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, product design, or equivalent consulting experience
• Experience leading consumer-facing products
• Ability to manage project ambiguity and complexity
• Strong user empathy and experience in customer discovery
• Experience building alignment and influencing senior leadership
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
