Product Manager - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in supply chain logic by analyzing data and developing product strategies for automated warehouse systems.
• Improve fully automated warehouse operations by designing better picking strategies and robust storage systems.
• Lead cross-border innovation projects, such as building new automated warehouses and implementing new pallet storage systems.
• Push operational standards by renewing inbound flows and enabling Last Mile 2.0 to ensure high quality of service.
• Develop sustainable solutions, including launching new distribution centers focused on high-quality fruit and vegetable logistics.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent quantitative study.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a product-led company.
• Experience building logistics solutions is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to convert abstract plans into concrete actions.
• Must possess an EU working permit or citizenship.
