Product Manager

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand's leading e-commerce platform for "on-demand delivery" and "local life." Our goal is to help citizens have a better life and support local businesses by connecting customers, delivery riders, and local merchants.

Responsibilities

• Define the foundation of the real-time order dispatch engine (strategy) to optimize experiences for users, riders, and merchants.
• Translate ideas and theories into valuable products and impactful business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and algorithm teams, as well as operations, business, marketing, and UX teams to launch and iterate on new features.
• Improve strategic decision-making by connecting insights learned from the engine and strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in an internet company.
• Experience with logistics operations optimization or mobility products is preferred.
• Strong English speaking and listening skills for fluent communication.
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance is preferred.
• Experience working with large-scale engineering and data systems is a plus.
• Ability to accept overseas business trips of approximately 3 months per year.
• Willingness to take on 0-to-1 projects and drive them to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to explore innovative solutions for complex issues.
