Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap by understanding user needs, market dynamics, and business goals
- Drive end-to-end product development including requirement analysis, ROI assessment, and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data
- Take ownership of product outcomes by tracking, analyzing, and reporting key metrics
- Build domain expertise and lead initiatives within product areas like Merchant Experience, Internal Tools, or POS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.0
- 3–5 years of experience preferred (candidates with 1–2 years or strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product sensibility skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, proactive environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
