Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmap and go-to-market execution, including product launches, pricing, and promotion strategies
• Manage demand forecasting and inventory in close collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning teams
• Monitor channel PSI (inventory, sell-in, sell-out) to achieve sales targets with healthy inventory levels
• Manage price structure and ensure product profitability
• Analyze market data and execute effective, channel-specific pricing and promotions to drive sell-out

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related function
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management
• Experience working with PD and PM teams to align inventory with market demand
• Experience in developing and executing pricing and promotion strategies that drive sell-out
• Ability to monitor and analyze channel performance metrics (PSI: Inventory, Sell-in & Sell-out)
• Proficiency in English, Korean, and Thai
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools
