Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an innovative product vision and roadmap for AdTech and campaign management tools
• Translate business and customer needs into high-impact product initiatives
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify revenue opportunities and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver key product goals and lead sprint calls
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning through launch and adoption
• Manage integrations across reporting systems, self-serve platforms, and finance/billing tools
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AdTech, DSPs, or Advertising Campaign Management tools
• Proven experience managing complex product lifecycles with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across global time zones (US/India)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating AI-driven or agentic systems
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and ad delivery workflows
• Technical proficiency in Python or SQL
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Figma, Confluence, or Pagerduty
