LevelTen Energy is the leading provider of transaction infrastructure for the clean energy transition, connecting buyers, sellers, and financiers through dynamic marketplaces, data-driven insights, and automated analytics. The LevelTen Platform supports power purchase agreements, clean energy asset M&A transactions, and tax credit transfers.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end-to-end including strategy, discovery, prioritization, and delivery
• Conduct user and stakeholder discovery to translate insights into clear product requirements
• Partner with design to define user experience and ensure delivered experiences meet user needs
• Partner closely with engineering on feature development and platform migration initiatives
• Balance input from enterprise customers against broader platform needs
• Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, and documentation
• Manage stakeholders across commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams
• Communicate product decisions and tradeoffs to internal and external audiences

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
• Ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or partner-facing products
• Interest in renewable energy, energy markets, or sustainability
