Product Manager - Lending

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers significant value to Business Banking customers
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics, including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide successful product launches and ensure top-tier client experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and strategic development
• Strong expertise in requirements definition and value management

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
