Product Manager LegalTech

Responsibilities

• Understand the challenges, usages, and expectations of legal departments
• Meet with clients to observe practices and identify innovation opportunities
• Lead continuous Product Discovery to fuel product vision
• Analyze the LegalTech ecosystem, market trends, and AI innovations
• Identify and evaluate high-value AI use cases for corporate lawyers
• Translate business problems into product orientations and recommendations
• Co-construct features with clients, Product Owners, and internal teams
• Contribute to product priority definition based on client feedback and strategy
• Act as the voice of the customer and market within the organization
• Participate in the modernization of the solution by strengthening its AI positioning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the legal ecosystem (Legal Ops, Legal Tech, or legal department)
• Knowledge of LegalTech solutions and legal software challenges
• Strong AI culture and active interest in AI developments
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user problems into opportunities
• Client-oriented mindset with a focus on field usage
• Market vision and ability to analyze ecosystem trends
• Ability to collaborate transversely with Product, Tech, Customer Success, and Sales teams
